03294 Culinary Tour: One Night in Italy, Section FAA UNM Continuing Education invites you to learn to prepare classic Italian dishes such as Chicken Vesuvio and Fritelle di Mela (apple fritters) in our Culinary Tour: One Night in Italy course. Instructor Gilda Latzky will help you to gain some insight into traditional food from this important culinary destination. Gilda teaches by demonstration but she loves to get everyone involved and demystify cooking to make it a fun experience. Come prepared to feast on the dishes made during class! This one day class will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 from 6pm-9pm at Los Altos Christian Church in Albuquerque, NM. Tuition is $55.
