[h3]Branch/Division Registrar[/h3]

This full time position provides leadership and supervision to our Registration Office by overseeing operations, staff, and enrollment services. This is a benefits eligible position. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of directly related experience.

[h3]Training and Development Consultant[/h3]

This full time position works directly with the Early Childhood Services Center to provide on-site training, technical assistance and consultations to early childhood teachers. Openings are available in Northern, Eastern, and Southern areas of New Mexico. This is a benefits eligible position. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience applicable to the job duties.

[h3]Admin Assistant 3[/h3]

This full time position will provide administrative support to the Dean’s Office, oversight of lower level admins and student employees, managing reception including directing walk-in and phone customers. Duties also include extensive data entry and proofing and cross training other members of staff. This is a benefits eligible position. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of directly related experience.

[h3]Program Coordinator[/h3]
This part time position will coordinate and assist with public, professional and or community educational programs for the Story of New Mexico program. Duties also include planning, organizing and attending trips. This is a benefits eligible position. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of directly related experience.

[h3]Analyst/Programmer 3[/h3]

This full time position will apply system analysis and design techniques to complex computer systems with multiple users or to complex one-user systems to produce innovative solutions for a variety of complex problems. Duties also include maintaining existing development and production environments for a variety of state funded contracts. This is a benefits eligible position. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of directly related experience or successful completion of at least 60 college credits and 6 years of directly related experience.
