Lifesteps® Weight Management Program

2016 can be the year that you finally keep your new year’s resolution. If you are looking for a weight management solution, the Lifesteps® Weight Management Program could be a great start! This program focuses on changing behaviors to increase physical exercise, weight loss and the achievement of a healthier you at any age. The 15 weekly sessions include time for small group discussion, physical activity and situational problem solving to promote quality nutritional choices. Lifesteps® is taught by a trained Health Education Consultant and certified leader. In this unique class, you will be provided with information, individual support, and guidance. You will also learn to develop your own personal action plan that seamlessly follows your unique lifestyle.

Dates: 1/21/2016 – 4/28/2016 (Weekly – Thursday 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Tuition: $380 (Eligible for UNM Tuition Remission)
